Job Description

A successful and highly recognisable Legal firm in Gloucester is seeking a part time Legal Cashier to join their team on a permanent basis. This part time vacancy is 2 full days a week including holiday and sickness cover.

The successful Legal Cashier will be responsible for transferring balances between accounts, bank reconciliations, processing payments, multiple transactions. You will post all accounting transactions in accordance with procedures, produce daily/weekly/monthly audit trails and reports and liaise with clients, auditors etc. to answer queries and offer suggestions.


The successful applicant must be comfortable with allocation of cash, bank reconciliations and raising client bills and have confidence in reporting to senior management.
