Brook Street is delighted to be working on behalf of our Belfast client to recruit a part time permanent legal secretary to work for one of the partners.
The client is city centre based, close to all public transport links.
The post will involve conveyancing and there will also be a bit of probate involved.
Applicants should have some audio word-processing using Microsoft Word, sending and receiving emails and other general office duties.
The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 3 years experience as a legal secretary.
* The role is part time for 3 days per week - Preferred days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.
Applicants must have previous experience in a solicitrs office and have a working knowledge of conveyancing and litigation - excellent communication skills both written and oral is also essential
Candidates should be proficient with audio typing and have strong Microsoft office skills.
The salary for the role will depend on previous experience and will be discussed at interview stage
The salary will be between £21- 22k per annnum and will be pro rata for the three days.
