Job Description

Role: Part-Time Negotiator/Administrator (6 month contract)
Location: Sevenoaks
Hours: working Monday`s and Saturday`s only
Monday`s - 9:00am-5:30pm
Saturday`s - 9:00am-4:00pm
Salary: £8.00-£10.00 per hour dependant on experience

We have a very exciting opportunity to work for a high end estate agents based in rural Sevenoaks. This role would suit either someone who is keen to start a career within the property industry or someone who has similar experience but is just looking for something part time although extra shifts may be available for overtime. The role is initially starting on a 6 month contract but could go permanent.

You will be responsible for office work including answering the phone, liaising with clients, dealing with enquiries, booking appointments, following up on appointments for feedback, assisting with putting together property details and out of office based work including showing properties, pointing out unique selling points of each, upselling referrals to our mortgage broker (bonus commission will be paid for any that take out a mortgage) and taking responsibility for making sure properties are left safe and tidy.

Please note you must have a driving licence and your own form of transport to apply for this role (milage expenses will be paid).
