Job Description

We are currently working with a company based in Worcester, seeking an Office Administrator (with finance duties) to join them on a part time basis - hours are flexible for the right candidate but approx. 25 hours per week.

Salary: Up to £23,000 (pro rata'd)

Working alongside the company Owners, you will have responsibility within the following areas:
- Accounts: issuing statements, chasing debtors, ensuring expenses are received and complete
- Project and Service Support: ensuring paperwork is in place and sent to clients in a timely manner, assisting the service and project managers when required, ensuring that the purchase ordering process is followed and documents are received and signed
- Healthy and Safety: providing assistance to ensure that documents are kept up to date
- HR Support: as and when required
- Payroll Support: assisting with timesheets and payroll processing when required
- Booking accommodation
- Placing orders and issuing purchase orders
- Fleet assistance, including mileage reporting
- Assist with implementing processes and procedures

To be considered for this Office Administrator job, you must have:
- A strong background in office administration
- Knowledge of Xero and/or Brightpay (advantageous, not essential)
- Proven organisation skills
- A keen eye for detail and spotting anomalies
