We're working with a company on the outskirts of Leeds, looking for a Part Time Office Assistant to join their close-knit team.

Within the role you will support the marketing manager, maintaining supplier relationships and maintaining organisational efficiency within the office. Duties will include:
Acting as first point of contact for the marketing department, liaising with suppliers and taking messages where necessary
Diary management, organising meeting and appointments as well as booking and arranging travel and accommodation
Supporting marketing team with event planning
Maintaining marketing calendar, updating social media events calendar etc
Typing, preparing reports, presentations and written correspondence
Managing the Sage CRM database, ensuring all information is up to date and distributed to the correct team
Collating team expenses
Responsible for stationery orders, including maintaining marketing material supplies - which will include regular supplier liaison
Ad hoc administrative support
We are looking for an organised, efficient candidate with experience with diary management. You'll have a keen eye for detail and enjoy working in a busy, varied role.
The role will involve typing correspondence and proof reading, experience within this would also be ideal.
Experience with Sage CRM would be highly desired, alongside an understanding of Microsoft office including Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
Our client offers a salary of up £18,000 (pro rata)
