Job Description

If the answer is yes, then Brook Street are recruiting for the perfect opportunity for you! We are currently searching for a fantastic Administrator/PA to join an NHS organisation based in Central Nottingham. This role offers a great flexible working model across 4 days, with no weekend work.

Role - Administrator/PA
Hours - 9am-5pm (30 hours per week, 4 days out of 5)
Rate of pay - £11.53 per hour
Location - WFH/City Centre Office Based
Duration - Until March 2022 initially with chance of extension

The key functions of this role are to provide Administrative support to the wider team, as well as PA duties supporting the Locality Directors. You will need to be able to organise your own workload to be successful in this role as you will always be busy!

Previous Administrative or PA experience is essential to be considered for this role.

Key responsibilities -
- Providing personal PA duties to the Locality Director, including diary management, message management, opening and distribution of mail, operation of brought forward systems, dealing with telephone calls and enquiries and production of documents.
- Providing comprehensive Administrative support to the wider team.
- Producing accurate and timely correspondence, presentations, minutes, records and other documents from either written copy or audio tape, using appropriate IT software e.g. email, word processing, Excel, PowerPoint and other software packages. Meetings may be complex in nature and advanced minute taking skills are required.
- Liaising with other Administrators throughout the trust to create an effective communication network.

Candidate requirements -
- Experience in Administrative/PA roles, ideally withing the NHS.
- Previous working with confidential information.
- Good working knowledge of all MS Office packages and able to learn new systems.
- Knowledge of the NHS is ideal but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
