We are currently seeking a Part Time Payroll Assistant to assist on a short-term temporary assignment in rural Coventry.


Job Title: Part Time Payroll Assistant

Location: Coventry (CV8)

Hours: 9am - 5pm 2/3 days per week

Pay: £11.79 per hour

Duration: Ongoing temporary (short term)


Commutable from Coventry, Rugby and Leamington Spa via own transport


Your Main Duties will include:

Managing weekly timesheets via excel spreadsheets and ensuring all are received on time.

Generating a master timesheet every week to by collating all timesheets

Working our pension contributions as well as sick pay, holiday pay and NI contributions.

Ensuring all information is collected, checked and sent to payroll by working to tight deadlines.



Our ideal candidate would have the below experience:

Previous experience within payroll,

Knowledge of working out pension and NI contributions.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Excellent eye for detail

Ability to work to 100% accuracy.

Comfortable working to strict deadlines.



This role is to start on 31.05.21 and will be a short-term temporary assignment extended on a weekly basis.

You will be required to complete a short 1 stage interview to be successful in the role.
