Brook Street are recruiting for a Payroll Assistant/Administrator to start immediantly on a part time basis.
This will be based in Coventry.
You will need to..
Check holiday and absence records for payroll purposes
Collate and check staff hours from Team Leaders against Time & Attendance system
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly payroll data (including overtime, holiday and bonus calculations) - meeting the necessary deadline
Calculating the overtime bonus every quarter - this is due the second week of the month following the quarter
This is a part time role working 2-3 days a week, 16 hours a week temp to perm positon.
Paying from £22k-£28k depending on experience.
Excellent Sage 50 and Excell is needed.
