Job Title: Reception/Estates Administrator
Type: Temporary (Part Time)
Pay Rate: £7.83 PH
My client is a supplier of higher education, and they are looking for a Reception/Estates Administrator to join their busy team.
Job Role of Reception/Estates Administrator:
"Provide a customer focused and efficient information and reception service to students, staff and visitors
"Take telephone calls made to the campus and redirect calls accordingly
"Using already established processes and systems, issue and maintain key transactions to authorised staff and nominated contractors
"Maintain Visitors/Contractors log and to issue appropriate passes
"Co-ordinate and advise any visitor, including car parking requests, directions to appointments, telephone meetings etc.
"Assist Campus Services Team with minor financial and administrative tasks, including room bookings
"Assist various other departments in smooth running of establishment and facilities
Desired Experiences for Reception/Estates Administrator:
"Minimum education level of GCSE English Language and good level of literacy and numeracy
"Recent and relevant customer service and reception experience
"Proficient user of Microsoft Office
"Great communication and organisation skills, with a good standard of written and oral communication skills
"Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team, and to be able to deliver a high level of customer service and commitment to continuous improvement
