Job Description

We`re a well-established construction firm based in Enfield who have a wide variety of clients including Commercial and Government projects. We are now on the lookout for a full time Receptionist to come on board on a temp to perm basis.

The role:

You will be the face of the office meeting and greeting clients and potential clients directing and helping with their queries in a polite and professional manner. You will be answering all incoming calls (on average 10 calls per hour but will vary). You will be recording information from the phone calls and entering the data into the system accurately. Whilst handling the post and other ad hoc admin duties.

Who we`re looking for:
- Professional and well presented
- Great communication face-to-face, over the phone and email
- Receptionist/Admin background involving phone work
- You will be intermediate level on MS Word & Excel
- A construction background would be advantageous
