Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a great client of ours in a great location based just on the outskirts of York City Centre.

Our client is looking for a Part Time Receptionist to join them on a 12 month fixed term contract. They are looking for someone to work 1 day a week, mainly Monday's.

Reporting to the Office Manager your key responsibilities will be (but not limited to):

  • Responsible for managing a busy switchboard
  • Welcoming visitors to the company
  • Other duties will include the distribution of incoming post and processing of outgoing post
  • Other administration duties


The company are looking for someone well organised, self motivated individual with good communication skills and excellent telephone manner. Previous experience working in a similar environment is not necessary as full training will be provided.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to further their skills and gain some experience within reception/admin.
