Job Description

I am currently working with an automotive company who are recruiting a new part time receptionist for their busy front desk.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:
Answering calls, using a multifunctional switchboard and directing to the relevant person.
Welcoming external visitors
Distribute internal and external post
Administration support for other departments
Ability to handle difficult situations
Excellent organisation skills.
Strong communication skills.
Self-motivated.

The ideal candidate will have:
Excellent customer service skills
Be able to verbally communicate clearly
Have experience working on a busy switchboard
Able to work different in-house computer systems and switchboards
Be smart and presentable
Be available for immediate start
Previous experience of working on a busy reception / front of house role

Package:
Friday 1:00pm - 6:00pm & Saturday 8:30am - 12:00pm
Hourly rate of £7.83
