Job Description

Are you looking for a part time receptionist role based in Harrow? Then this can be for you!

You will be working for a company who specialises in sourcing commodities from all corners of the world and supply food industries from offices in London, Paris, Hamburg, Beijing, Istanbul and La Paz.

Day to day duties involves:
" Answering switchboard
" Dealing with couriers and post: incoming and outgoing
" Greeting visitors
" Handling samples: logging them in & out and sending out samples of products
" Ordering Office supplies and Company Stationery
" Preparing and serving refreshments for Boardroom meetings.
" Updating office/s Weekly Planner and sending it out by email weekly
" Arranging Office Repairs & maintenance where necessary
" Replenishing milk (weekly) and coffee for the office as well as toiletry & kitchen cleaning materials
" Keeping the tea , coffee and sugar containers in the kitchen filled up at all times
" Cleaning Coffee Machine
" General administrative support


Your hours will be 10am - 3pm Monday - Friday
