About the job....

We are currently working with a fantastic company in Central London who are looking for you to join them as a part time Receptionist/Administrator working 3 days a week (you must be flexible to work additional hours/days on occasion).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Filing, scanning and updating files
  • Answering the phone, transferring calls, taking calls and assisting with queries
  • Make bookings and liaising with the Business Manager
  • Preparing mail - posting daily
  • Maintaining the reception area including printing and restocking leaflets
  • Running/administration of all bookings, committee room and the boardroom

About you....

  • Excellent in command of English both written and spoken
  • Computer literate - Microsoft Office experience
  • Current exposure to a Reception/Admin role
  • Organised
  • Well-presented
  • Strong organisational skills
