About the job....
We are currently working with a fantastic company in Central London who are looking for you to join them as a part time Receptionist/Administrator working 3 days a week (you must be flexible to work additional hours/days on occasion).
- Filing, scanning and updating files
- Answering the phone, transferring calls, taking calls and assisting with queries
- Make bookings and liaising with the Business Manager
- Preparing mail - posting daily
- Maintaining the reception area including printing and restocking leaflets
- Running/administration of all bookings, committee room and the boardroom
- Excellent in command of English both written and spoken
- Computer literate - Microsoft Office experience
- Current exposure to a Reception/Admin role
- Strong organisational skills
