My client within the Engineering Sector are looking for a temporary ongoing part time Receptionist/Administrator.
The job is 24 hours a week split over 3 days, this can be between Monday - Thursday. The hours are 7:30-16:00 with Friday`s off, starting at £8.53 an hour.
My client are looking for the ideal candidate who can deal with all aspects of Reception duties such as:
- Greeting visitors whether that be customers or clients.
- Answering the telephone.
- Dealing with post.
- Administrator duties.
- Skilled with the use of Microsoft Office and Excel.
