Receptionist
Location: Oakham
Salary: £12.50 An Hour
Working hours: PART TIME - Thursdays 8am - 16:30pm and Fridays 8am - 1pm

Our Public Sector Client situated in Oakham are looking for a receptionist to join their team on a Part Time Temporary basis. As a vital member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the seamless running of the general organisation. This is a Temporary position, however, is very likely to be extended.
Key Responsibilities:
- Booking dental appointments in person and via the telephone
- Dealing with patients who require dental emergency appointments
- Booking appointments via the dental system
- Taking Inbound and Outbound Calls
- Dropping and collecting mail from the post room on camp
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role Receptionist (desired but not mandatory)
- Fluent in Microsoft platforms and previous experience managing an inbox.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
