Part time Receptionist

We have a permanent job opportunity available for a Receptionist, based in Chelmsford which is 30 hours per week. Working for a successful global company that operates in 20 countries, 900 cities and 3000 locations, you will receive training and support in every aspect of the role.

As the Receptionist you will meet and greet all visitors in a professional manner, providing outstanding customer service. You will also answer inbound telephone calls, resolving any queries and transferring the call to the right person. In this role you will also support their operation and sales activities and maintain excellent customer relationships. You will be an integral part of their team that continually works to improve their customer experience.

We are looking for someone that has a passion for customer service, who loves customers, copes well with pressure and cares about standards. You will also have initiative, be friendly, take ownership, be flexible and have fantastic communication skills. In terms of working experience, if you have previous experience working as a Receptionist it is highly beneficial. If you do not have this experience, we are looking for experience of meeting and greeting customers in retail, or customer service experience.
