Job Description

Our Public Sector client based in Selly Oak is looking for a part time Receptionist to join their team. This role will be working Thursday and Friday (15 hours) on a temporary ongoing basis (until June 2022 initially pending extension).

Responsibilities will include but, not be limited to:
- Managing front desk
- Using in-house systems
- Meeting and greeting service users
- Managing inboxes
- Sorting post

As the ideal candidate, you will:
- Have strong receptionist experience
- Have good IT skills (including use of Microsoft Office packages)

Probation experience is desired but, not essential.

This role will be offering a pay rate of £9.41 per hour. A basis disclosure check and three years of referencing will be required for this role.
