A new role as a Part Time Receptionist has become available in York City Centre. Our client is looking for someone hard working and with previous Hotel and Bookings Reservations experience. This is a really great opportunity for someone who is looking to progress within a great company!

Working hours: approx 20 hours with some weekend work. Mostly 9am-5.30pm but covering the occasional evening shift 4pm-11pm, which could increase hours to 32 per week.

As a Receptionist you will support the department and ensure that the guest is met with a warm, genuine welcome and that their needs are attended to through out their stay. You will be their main contact and their 'go to' person through out their stay and you should always make sure everything exceeds their expectations.

You will be responsible for the daily running of the reception desk, you will need to maintain a warm and friendly manner whilst ensuring professional efficiency during busy check in/out periods. You will provide excellent customer service at all time and ensure you have exceptional knowledge to comfortable sell the hotel to the guest enquiring.
