Brook Street are seeking a part time Receptionist / Admin Assistant to work with a Public Sector client based in Chippenham on a temporary basis until January 2020 with possible extension.
Your working hours as a Receptionist / Admin Assistant will generally be from 12.30pm until 5.00pm, Monday to Friday, however, additional hours will be required for training and holiday cover.
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for staff and visitors at the building, therefore, excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
You will also be required to assist with some basic administrative duties, so you'll need a good working knowledge of Microsoft office packages including word, excel and powerpoint.
You will be paid £8.21 rising to £9.03 after 12 weeks.
