We are looking for someone who is seeking a part time administration role for a well respected charity based in Radlett , Hertfordshire.
Our Client is a research and training charity which sits at the heart of the food and grocery industry. Providing commercial services and using the profits the fund the charity.
Your role as a receptionist/administration assistant will include duties such as greeting all visitors and members of staff that enter the building. Managing room bookings, telephone and e-mail enquiries and arranging conference calls.Sorting post and organising taxis and couriers plus many ad hoc duties.
This role is contracted to 22 hours P/W over 5 days (Mon - Fri)
The ideal candidate must be a car driver and have a administrative background. Must also be willing to commit to a fixed term contract of 12 months. You will be comfortable to work autonomously and able to manage and prioritise your workload.
Salary for this role is £13,728 Including On Site Car Parking / Health care / Free lunch
You will have to be immediately available for interview and willing to travel to Watford
