Job Description

An experienced Part-time Receptionist is required to work for a Physiotherapy clinic in the heart of the City of London

Our client is looking for someone who is looking for a part-time role working between 16-20 hours per week. They are open to when you work but ideally 2am-6pm Tuesday to Thursday

You will be an experienced Receptionist/Administrator with very good organisational and time-management skills and be able to effectively multi-task

Your role will include
Meeting and greeting all visitors
Answering the phone and handling patient enquiries
Handling Cash and Credit Card payments
Updating patient records
Using Outlook for emails
Creating 1/4ly newsletters and sending out to mailing list
Manage the Physio diaries
Helping with amending their social media content
Plus all general office admin duties

Working alongside another full-time Receptionist/ Administrator you will be a confident and professional and highly personable Receptionist who thrives on providing outstanding customer service


This role is immediately available so please apply asap

£9000-12000 based on a 20 hour week
