Part Time Reception/Administrator
I am looking to recruit a Part Time Receptionist/Administrator for a company based in Long Itchington.
The hours of work are 7am - 1pm Monday to Friday and the salary is £14,250 based on a pro-rata basis.
Main duties of the role include -
Meeting and greeting of all visitors
Manging vehicle entry and ensuring correct protocol is carried out
Answering all incoming calls and directing them to the correct department
Ordering of stock required by the business
Checking of invoices and ensuring they are costed correctly passing on for authorised signature
Inputting staff hours on to the system and reporting to head office
Recording staff holidays and sickness
Other general office duties
For this position you will ideally have a good administration background and some experience in reception is highly desirable.
You will have excellent communication skills, be organised and methodical in your approach to work whilst always maintaining the highest level of professionalism at all times.
