Part - Time Sales Administration and Credit Control
SALARY £14,300 per annum 9:30am to 2:30pm 5 days per week
You will be responsible for all monies are collected on time from customers so that company has positive cash flow. Sales order processing, administration & customer service. This is a varied role and you will need to be able to be flexible and can-do attitude. There will be some medium lifting involved when working on the customer sample packs to send out.
Responsibilities to include:
" Chasing debt by telephone & email and reducing debtor days.
" Allocating payments in accordance with customer remittance.
" Investigating & resolving queries relating to non-payment of invoices.
" Checking new customers credit ratings.
" Responsible to renew debt recovery procedures & stop the supply of goods.
" Checking daily post & passing to all employees.
" Managing Customer`s ledger balances.
" Order processing & invoicing for UK/Export customers.
" supporting sales agents/ representatives
" mail mergers to customers monthly
" Stock Control for our UK warehouse
" Liaising with the warehouse for customers` orders
" Dealing with incoming email and post, and screening telephone calls
" working on excel spreadsheets, preparing PowerPoint presentations, and communication with export customers
o Excellent telephone manner, reporting and communication skills with general knowledge of Word and Excel.
o A background in basic Credit Control
o A background in Customer services and Sales Administration
