Job Description

Part time Sales Administrator

£14,400 pro rata full time equivalent salary is £18,000 per annum
Monday to Friday 9am - 3pm (some flexibility can be provided)
25 days annual leave + bank holidays
Free onsite Parking

Due to continued growth across the past few months I am working with a well established Retail & Hospitality company that is looking to recruit a Part Time Sales Administrator.

As the Sales Administrator you will be responsible for processing customer orders, completing invoices, managing order acknowledgements, confirming stock, updating the CRM database and maintaining customer records among other duties.


You will also support other areas of the business when needed and receive calls from customers via the 2nd line phone system.

For this role you will have experience working in a Sales Administration role or in an order processing position with previous use of a CRM database. You will also hold great communication skills, with excellent attention to detail, be a team player and be pro-active in your approach to work.
