Job Description
My client who are a small, busy family business are looking for a Part-Time Sales Administrator to join their already established team, based in Lostock , Bolton (BL6)
Days are 4 per week Tuesday - Friday 10am- 2pm - Flexible
If you experience working within a busy team and you have excellent administration and accuracy then this is the role for you!
In this role you will be working closely to the friendly Office Manager who is hoping to relieve her duties and cut her days of work therefore personality and team fit will be key.
The duties will include liaising with your team, customers and suppliers. To raise work orders in a fast and efficient manner and respond to emails and calls from customers and suppliers. You will ensure all orders are processed in a timely fashion, and any other relevant paperwork and data entry surrounding the sales functions.
For this role you will have excellent communication and be I.T literate with attention to detail with previous experience in a sales administration. Also a friendly and personable with a mature personality to work alongside/ right hand to the Manager.
Salary is £9ph - £12ph 16 hours per week.
