Store Based Sales Adviser (Part Time) - Salary £5354 + bonus
Poole (Dorset)

Brook Street are happy to present the opportunity to join a friendly sales team within a successful storage company based in Poole (Dorset). The Sales Advisor (Part Time) will act as the first point of contact for most of our client`s customers; driving sales and achieving KPI`s, selling merchandise and insurance, following up enquiries and advising customers on the best solution for their needs and dealing with administration and ensuring all store standards are maintained.

Candidate Requirements:
You will have at least 1 year sales experience within the last 2 years and you will have a high standard of customer service skills - understanding what excellent service is and how to provide this to the customer so that they are happy to use the client`s services and products again. You will have excellent selling and communication skills, able to identify the customer`s needs, use probing questions in normal conversations, and to act on opportunities and leads for more business which arise. It is important that you have good IT skills and experience using MS Office. You will be happy helping out around the store with ad-hoc duties to ensure all store standards are kept to the highest levels. You will be happy to work rota-based shifts (Mon-Fri between 8-6 / Sat between 9-6 / Sun between 10-4) (12 hours per week, One weekend day and one week day)
