Our client is looking for an experienced Part Time - Hotel Sales Manager (2/day's a week) to join their friendly, dynamic and dedicated workplace. The hotel is the perfect destination for a relaxing getaway.

Job responsibilities:

Work closely with the Sales team
Identify any potential new clients of any of the Hotel services
Be responsible for negotiating and finalising contracts
Research identify and pro-actively account manage existing clients for future business development
To comply with all legal requirements in respect to ensuing health, safety and welfare of all members of staff, guests and visitors
Ensure team prepare of weekly meetings (O.W.S., trackers, function sheets, social media update)
To liaise with reception team and regional revenue manager on overbooking situations, rate codes and bedroom blocks.
Liaise on a regular basis with the General Manager to keep him up to date on happenings with the office.
To be aware of the competition in terms of their offering, pricing, offers, capacities, and clients,
