Job Description

Fabulous Part Time position based in the Gwaelod y Garth/Taffs Well area for a Sales Office Administrator.

This role is perfect to suit school hours working 10am - 3pm Monday to Friday.

You will be supporting a busy team taking and processing orders over the phone and sending orders for dispatch. Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth transition of order delivery and doing all the necessary paperwork. You will be involved with administration support and sending out customer mailers via email and letter.

The ability to deliver outstanding customer service and the skill to build solid client relationships is essential as our client has customers in over 100 countries around the world, so its a very varied, busy but very rewarding role.

You will also need to be proficient in the use of Microsoft office (ideally sage, not essential) with a very strong attention to detail

Own transport needed due to location, car park on site
