Job Description

Would you like to work for a business in Swansea CIty Centre that offers an excellent, central location and the opportunity for professional development? If so, we have an exciting role for a Secretary to the Senior Project Manager on a Part-Time, Temporary basis. It is expected that the assignment will last until October 2019 and the working days are Monday, Thursday & Friday (there is a degree of flexibility here)

Responsibilities

We are recruiting for a Secretary to join the Executive team in Swansea. You will be required to offer support to the department, including managing Outlook, diaries, taking minutes and offering support as required.

* Diary Management


* Minute-Taking


* Acting as point of contact for meetings & events


* Offering support as required within the team


Required essential experience skills and qualifications

The successful candidate must have the following skills to be considered for this role

* Excellent MS Word / Excel / Outlook skills
