Job Description
Are you a strong relationship builder and a confident communicator? We`d love to hear from you! A Professional Customer Service / Sales Consultant is required to join a lovely, welcoming team who sell high end products.
This part-time permanent opportunity would suit somebody with excellent customer service skills, who has an ability to up-sell and is immaculately well presented. Joining a successful team in a beautifully bright & warm showroom you will become a brand ambassador for this high-end range.
Day to day you will meet with prospective or existing customers, you`ll be able to demonstrate in-depth understanding of the products, providing unprecedented information and guidance. Organised and motivated in your work, you should have good computer skills & a fantastic telephone manner. You may be required to work alone on some occasions.
Shifts will be on a rota basis 3 days a week and you will be required to work some Saturdays. In return you can expect to receive ongoing support and training to learn about the brand, 25 days holiday (pro-rata) plus Bank Holidays off, free parking, staff discount and pension.
