Brook Street is currently recruiting on behalf of our client who is based in Liverpool City Centre; we have a position available for part time Team Leader which will commence in December 2020 - January 2021.
Contract: Temporary assignment 6-9 months
Start date: Dec 2020 - Jan 2021 onwards
Salary: £10.35 per hour - rising to £11.94 per hour after a 12 week qualifying period
Hours: Part Time Monday to Friday 5pm until 9pm, 20 hours per week
We are looking for adaptable individuals, with the ability to work quickly and accurately showing great attention to detail whilst maintaining a professional attitude.
This is a role which requires the following experience;
Change Management and Continuous Improvement
You will be provided with full training and support throughout your assignment from our Client and also Brook Street.
All applicants are required to hold a Counter Terrorist Check, which can take up to 12 weeks to process from receipt of your application.
Team leaders are responsible for the performance of their team and their contribution to the achievement of Sopra Steria service levels and HMPO expectations. They must develop each team member so that they are able to perform a wide variety of tasks to the expected levels of quality, accuracy and efficiency. They must manage the performance, behaviour and attendance of staff according to Sopra Steria policies.
Team leaders must also lead by example, displaying high standards of behaviour and teamwork in support of their site operations manager.
