Job Description

We have a great opportunity for a PART TIME WEEKEND Customer Service Advisors, working Saturday and Sunday 10am till 6pm within the public sector.

The NHS BSA are actively on the hunt for strong Customer Service staff who are happy to work a Saturday and Sunday over the next couple of months.

Working on the PUBLIC HEALTH ENGLAND lines, you will be responsible for taking calls from members of the public and service providers.

This role is very fast paced and calls will come through regularly. Reassuring the public and providing accurate information during the Coronavirus pandemic is vital.

What is on offer?

Excellent pay rates include Saturdays - £12.74 per hour and Sunday - £16.48 per hour.

16 hours per week offered over the Saturday and Sunday.

Requirements:

Relevant identification documents will need to be provided as soon as an offer is made, so this can be taken forward as quickly as possible.

Able to work over most weekends in the coming months, committing to hours of 10am to 6pm
A suitable space to work from home
Able to provide ID documents and 3 years of reference details
