Job Description

We are looking for a Part Time / Weekend Receptionist for a very well known large company in Grimsby.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone, temporary on-going contract.

Hours of work

Saturdays 8:30 until 5:30
Sundays 10:30 until 4:30

With occasional work during the week too.

Any previous customer service/administration experience will be beneficial.

Key duties;

-Answering switchboard/calls

-Diary Management

-Greeting customers

-Helpdesk duties

- managing switchboard
