Job Description

An exciting part time opportunity for a contract until March 2025 to be either South Wales or North Wales based as offices are based in Cardiff and St Asaph. This is a hybrid position for 3 full days, salary £26,894 pro rata.

The purpose of the job is to provide administrative support

Key responsibilities

Helping to compile lists and arranging meetings with stakeholders
Providing administrative support to internal and external meetings
Making travel and accommodation arrangements
Ensuring translation/interpretation is provided
Preparing agendas, co-ordinating papers, note-taking, and ensuring follow-up actions, as appropriate.
Establishing and maintaining administrative systems, procedures and databases in accordance with organisational policies and procedures.
Assisting and advising in the drafting and distribution of papers, tender specifications and project plans.
Coordinating and contributing to the production of resources including proof-reading.
Organising events

What is Needed
Fluent in the spoken and written Welsh language
Experience Business administration
Providing administration support at meetings
Event organisation skills
