We are seeking an experienced Partner Account Manager (PAM) to work with key partners.
The ultimate goal of the role holder will be to work closely with customers, helping to win new projects and in turn helping the Company grow.

" Build trust with partners and generate referrals to new customers in the IT channel space
" Network to identify new stakeholders & opportunities to introduce company solutions
" Deliver company presentations and product demonstrations to executives & teams
" Host discovery sessions with prospect customers to understand their business needs
" Conduct regular reviews with account stakeholders- agree and measure business objectives & KPIs
" Sales forecasting & strategic account planning
" Proposal creation
" Go-to market planning sessions for new product releases
" Identify new business opportunities through networking events etc.
" Work with customers to understand critical business objectives or other key performance indicators, and aid them in achieving their business goals
" Be on top of all communications with client
" Be the go-to resource for all questions relating to your accounts
" Conduct regular reviews with internal & external stakeholders to monitor project delivery and ensure continuous improvement
" Provide accurate reporting and weekly forecasting.
