Job Description

Brook Street are currently working on behalf of our global IT client to recruit a Partner Incentives Analyst.

This is a contract role to start ASAP for 12 months.

The salary offered is up to £48,000 per annum.

This role will be based remotely to begin with but will require 2-3 days onsite at our client's offices once restrictions ease.

Role Overview

The primary objective of the Partner Incentives team and this role is to drive the performance of our client and it's partners by evangelizing the Partner Incentive programs and investment. The role is primarily focused on providing reporting and insights to directly drive business performance. It also includes the management of locally designed incentive campaigns as well as general support and knowledge sharing within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Own and drive a dashboard of internal 'value-add' reporting to drive business performance
2. Become a subject matter expert on Microsoft global incentive programs and campaigns
3. Help to design, build, report and communicate on bespoke local market incentive campaigns
4. Learn and leverage internal systems and tools
5. Challenge existing processes and suggest improvements as needed
6. Create and maintain end-to-end process documentation

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

1) Experience

  • Previous program management or business operations experience in a large organization
  • Effective written and verbal communications to stakeholders
  • Organised and process driven with high level of attention to detail
  • Experience in working with large datasets to extract business insight
  • Ability to learn / adopt new technologies and applications

2) Technical / Functional Skills

  • Advanced Excel (Functions, Formulas, Pivot Tables and specifically including Power BI)
  • Other MS Office skills (MS Word, PowerPoint)
  • Understanding of databases, data cubes and previous experience using reporting dashboards preferable

3) Personal Attributes / Interpersonal Skills

  • Strong business program management skills
  • Strong numeracy skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills
  • Logical and objective thinker
  • Ability work on own initiative and effectively prioritize
  • Ability to engage with broad set of stakeholders and apply a calm and reasoned temperament

Key Success Measures

The candidate must be able to manage multiple workstreams independently, and work effectively in a constantly changing environment. Effective verbal and written communication is key, and being able to develop good working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, from junior to senior and across disciplines, is a key success factor for the right candidate.
