Partner Learning and Development Coordinator
Thames Valley Park, Reading
Contract is until April 2019

Brook Street is currently working on behalf of our Global IT Client to recruit a Partner Learning and Development Coordinator (PLDC). This is a contract role based in Reading until April 2019.

As a Brook Street contractor you will be entitled to 25 days holiday per annum, 8 days paid Bank Holidays pro rota, discounted gym membership, use of the onsite health facility, access to online learning and training, free parking and an excellent subsidised restaurant.

Salary: £25,000 - £27,600 per annum, based on experience, plus benefits

The PLDC is responsible for execution and delivery of a plan that drives growth and skills base development of the company's UK Partner ecosystem. The role's main focus is delivering on the strategy for a skilled and capable partner channel aligned to the company's growth objectives for the fiscal year - through to execution and measurement of overall market impact. The role covers all Partner types, across all workloads/technologies.

The individual will orchestrate a number of different parties: vendor resources, Partner Learning Center, Learning Partners & Commercial Distribution Partners- and individuals within the company critical to success. We provide training such as, instructor led events through multiple delivery channels (workshops, seminars, classroom training, Boot Camps) and webinars / virtual delivery across marketing, sales, pre-sales technical, technical and Partner profitability disciplines.

Responsibilities
A typical day in this role can include:
" Work with vendor resources, internal stakeholders and Learning Partners to land the strategic readiness plan.
" Work closely with the learning infrastructure coordinator and the outsourced operational resource team based in Germany.
" Manage partner technical, sales, marketing and product licensing training.
" Work closely with multiple teams within PB&D to review plans and impact of execution.
" Ensure all training activities are promoted and manage demand.
" Provide monthly improvement feedback based on the outcomes of all training activity.
" Regularly review and update reporting to track against budget expectations and impact delivered, to help create the data for future readiness requirements.

Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will be:
" Knowledge of coordinating programmes - 1 to 2 yrs experience minimum
" Digitally savvy - up to date with MS products and how to use them.
" Great organisational skills and a fast learner/quick thinker

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
" Knowledge of coordinating programmes
" Ability to successfully negotiate and manage expectations of multiple stakeholders and vendors - and manage end to end projects with minimal supervision
" Training / partner enablement background would be useful (but not essential)
" Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
" Excellent people skills and proven record in driving results.
