Job Description
Patient Care Administrator
My client is currently looking for a Patient Care Administrator to join their fast-passed clinic on a full-time permanent basis.
The purpose of this role is for all patients to have a coordinator that can help them and follow them through their journey from first contact to continuing aftercare and at the same time deliver an outstanding service.
Salary: £23,000 + generous company benefits
Hours: 42 hours a week including a 1 hour lunch break. Shifts are typically 08:00-16:30, 08:30-17:00, 9:00-17:30 and 09:30-18:00.
Please Note: The job would be Monday-Friday in the first 3 months (during probation) with a view to working Saturdays on a Rota basis with a day off in the week after having passed probation.
To be successful in securing an interview you MUST have the following…
-2 years proven background in customer facing administration roles
-Excellent verbal and written communication
-The ability to manage challenges and understand the fundamentals of consumer behaviour
-Clerical and administrative experience using computers
-Highly proficient organisational, time management and problem solving skills
-An openness to change, grow, and take on greater levels of responsibility and performance
-Post secondary education would be highly advantageous
-Self motivated and goal orientated
