Patient Care Coordinator

Job Description

Private Clinic in Harley Street looking to expand their Patient Care Coordinator team. If you feel you could be the right fit, then please read below of the expectations and then apply.

Job Specifications

- Answer queries on the phone
- To meet with the patients at their initial consultation and guide them through their first visits and making them aware that you will be their contact person if they have any queries in the future
- To update all records on the patient database as appropriate
- To complete end of day administration
- Hit monthly targets
- Invoice patients for deposits and surgery balances
- To book surgical appointments and consultations

Personal Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years expertise in customer facing roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Excellent organisational skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Sales experience ideally in selling consumer services

Working hours

Please note - this job post would be Monday to Friday in the first month's with a view to working every Saturday after this with a day off in the week

Shifts: 08.00-16.30, 08.30-17.00, 09.00-17.30 and 09.30-18.00
