My NHS client based in Oldham OL9 is currently looking to recruit Patient Services Officer with previous NHS experience for a temporary role (1-2 months).
The main purpose of this placement will be to write the formal complaint response letters on behalf of Chief Officers. The ideal candidate will need to have hands-on experience of dealing with complaints and writing complaint response letters within NHS. Due to the short-term nature of the role, the candidate will need to use their experience, knowledge and skills to successfully undertake the role with minimal training, writing letters that are consistently to a high standard.
The working hours are 09:00-17:00 Mon to Fri and the pay rate for this position is £10.83p/h. This is only a temporary position. This position starts ASAP.
