Job Description

We are looking for a Payment Process officer to work for our client NHS SBS based near the White Rose Centre in Tingley.
This is a temporary role for 6 months paying £9.74 per hour, 37.5 hours per week

Shifts- Monday to Friday 8:00 - 16:00

Role Overview:
To assist the cash management team with daily financial tasks
working with clients and other stakeholders to ensure the service delivery is maintained.
completing cash flows, bank recs and reconciling transactions
foreign payments, Tax, Ni and pensions payments
making adhoc payments on behalf on clients direct in bank line.

Key responsibilities:

Essential Skills:

• Numerate and able to process complex data
• Good spreadsheet and Word skills, Microsoft (teams etc)
• Very good interpersonal skills
• Able to use initiative and exercise sound judgement
• Articulate and able to develop good working relationships with colleagues and clients
• Excellent behaviours
• Flexible manner and approach
• Desirable Skills
