Job Description

We`re looking for Payments Supervisor leading a team in our busy automobile auctioneers. As Payments Supervisor you will be running a team of Payment Assistants taking details on various sales and customer accounts.
We are a national leader in automobile auctions and we`re currently recruiting for our South London branch.
It will be your role to lead the team and be responsible for providing an efficient and accurate service to our customers, whilst ensuring the smooth and accurate running of the Auction Payments office.
You will be responsible for the cashiers and making calculations of payment amounts in line with our regulations so having a good grasp of figures would be of great use. You get to lead your team when it comes to invoicing and processing of costs. You will need to me a strong minded to follow up on outstanding payments and have great customer relations.

The ideal candidate will be confident in their abilities to lead a team. We have a team of around 5 in the payments office so being able to work well with others and manage effectively is crucial. This role can be customer facing so somebody who is polite and posses customer service skills would be great.

For this position we require.
Strong experience in a busy Transaction based office or payments capacity.
Clear communication skills
Basic IT skills
