Payout Administrator

Location: Bolton or Chesterfield

Job Type: Temporary

Sector: Public Sector

Pay: £11.26 p.h.

Hours: 35 hours a week

Brook Street are currently seeking to find someone who can join a very well loved and fast expanding client in the Bolton or Chesterfield area. The purpose of the role

  • To support head of Payout Services in onboarding new clients/schemes
  • To monitor and resolve enquiries from Payout clients
  • To upload contracts into Post Office system: Web3
  • Production of statistical information for Team Leader and senior manager

Principal accountabilities

  • Managing the busy Payout Team Inbox with same day turnaround.
  • Responding to Client/Prospect requests for information
  • Checking completed Take-on Packs, ensuring completed properly, working with Clients to complete
  • Checking overnight Reports and emailing them to Internal Clients and external Clients
  • Providing Management information to Clients as needed
  • Uploading signed contracts to Web3 (POL system)
  • Managing take on of new clients, Closing down existing Client Schemes
  • Support for Sales Manager
  • Ad hoc Administrative duties

Knowledge & Experience required

  • Experience in administration
  • Strong attention to Detail
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience of dealing with clients / colleague enquiries many of which are urgent and need immediate action.

Skills required

  • Good Excel and WORD skills
  • Ability to adapt to a number of different jobs across the team at short notice
  • Can communicate effectively to all audiences
  • Questioning and challenging approach, Can do attitude & ability to adapt to changing business priorities
