Brook Street Recruitment is working on behalf of our client located in the Forestside area of Belfast to recruit a full time and permanent Payroll Administrator
You will be employed mainly to work within the processing of payroll however there will be requirement to work across other departments in an admin capacity to assist other team members
Administer the firms payroll bureau for all clients, ensuring all deadlines are met and all employer reports are prepared and submitted as required.
Assist the payroll supervisor and management to ensure the payroll bureau runs smoothly and assist with additional client reporting requirements and ensure work is prepared and finalised to a high standard.
Assist with other work within the firm as required. To carry out one off assignments as and when required by Managers and Partners.
Ensure you obtain and maintain your own knowledge.
Constantly strive to add value to the practice.
Working hours: 36.5 hours per week Monday to Thursday 8.45 am to 5.00 pm Friday 8.45 am to 4.00 pm.
Lunchtime: 45 minutes.
Salary will be based on experience - up to £27,500
