Job Description

We have an upcoming opening in our Admin team so that means we're hiring! We want somebody who can fit in well and become an amazing Payroll Administrator.
A friendly, successful and expanding organisation based in the Kingston area. We offer a great working environment we understand happy workers are productive workers and we really try to live by that. We offer 25 days as standard plus and additional day off over the Xmas as well as all the normal bank holidays. We don't stop there either, not only do we have amazing people in the office but we will have a good few days out every year too. A day at the races or a team day out at the end of the year as a big fun reward is the normal here.
We look after Payroll for a big number of companies ranging from businesses with 2-3 people to organisations with hundreds of staff.
We don't want you to run the payroll but be the point of contact for your clients. Setting up accounts, ticking the boxes and crossing the T's making sure all the data and account info is current, correct and up to date.
You'll be on the Phone, dealing with Data Entry, setting up Direct Debits, taking Card Payments, a splash of Credit Control and generally being an all-round great Team Player.

We're quite open about our perfect candidate, It's an admin role at heart so somebody with great Data Entry and Communication skills is a must.
A background in Finance or Payroll is not essential but would be helpful.
We want you to Multi-Task and be accurate, it's a fast paced office and we need you to take ownership of what you do.
