Job Description

Job title: Payroll Advisor
Hours: 37.5 hrs per week
Location: Worcestershire



My client is a well respected large hospitality brand that due to a maternity cover require a Payroll Advisor. The business has a fantastic reputation for developing their staff and creating a progressive and dynamic work environment.

Payroll Advisor responsibilities:

" Ensure all payroll associated admin is accurate (starters, leavers, changes, statutory payments etc)
" Deliver on all aspects of monthly payroll function working with our outsourced payroll provider
" Ensure pension auto-enrolment is accurate and up to date
" To assist in new starter documentation and leaver documentation where required


Payroll Advisor desired Skills and Experience:

" Excellent written and verbal communication skills
" Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
" Knowledge and experience of Auto Enrolment
" An understanding of all Statutory Payments
