Payroll Advisor
Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm
£16 - £18 per hr
Immediate start

Job Responsibilities:

• Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and company policies.
• Maintain payroll records and documentation in accordance with legal requirements.
• Handle payroll queries and provide support to employees regarding payroll-related issues.
• Assist in the preparation of payroll reports and analysis as required.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.
• Support the implementation of payroll systems and software upgrades.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in payroll processing, ideally within a UK-based environment.
• Familiarity with SAGE payroll software
• Strong understanding of payroll legislation and compliance.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
