Due to a new opening we`re looking for a strong Payroll Administrator for our teams at our amazing School in Long Ditton.
Based in amazing surroundings some of our pupils (and staff) consider our building to be "Harry Potter like". We`re a school for children who may have certain disabilities or educational needs and we pride ourselves in creating an environment for everybody to thrive, not just pupils but our staff as well. We love seeing people grow and if there`s any extra training and development suitable to your role we`ll do what we can to accommodate that.
Reporting to the Group Payroll Manager and working alongside our Finance Administrator your key tasks will be spread over Administrating Payroll, Time and Attendance for Staff, Monitoring Annual Leave and Expenses. You`re will be the central point for payroll enquires from staff, resolving queries and reporting any issues to Finance or HR.
Working with the finance team you will be involved with and learning all aspects of the Payroll process to provide any cover where needed in the team.

The ideal candidate will have some great exposure when it comes to working in a previous Payroll position, we know being in a school there are a few functions such as absence monitoring that will be new to you but if you are happy to learn then we are happy to teach!
We want somebody who is friendly and has a smiley ethos to life, if you are organised and wanting to get stuck in, then you`re the person for us!


What we real require is…..

Experience in Payroll Systems.
Great with Excel
Good standard of Education

Probation will only be completed after a successful ENHANCED DBS CHECK due to the nature of our school environment.
