Our client based in Crawley is currently recruiting for a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join their small and friendly Finance team.

The successful candidate will have previous experience working within a financial or financial regulated organisation and have up to date knowledge of taxation, statutory entitlements and previous experience with employee benefits.

This is a hybrid role that will require you to work in the office on Mondays and Fridays with he rest of the week working from home.

Ideally you will have a CIPP Qualification and have knowledge of various payroll and HR systems.
